For me it's a tie between Outer Wilds and Subnautica — both made me feel genuinely small in the best way. Looking for more that nail that feeling.

Outer Wilds is the correct answer to almost any "atmospheric game" question. If you want something quieter, try Eastshade — it's a painting game with zero combat and it's unreasonably peaceful.
